Just one more thing

Hi so excuse this post I am going to post all the pictures I have taken but haven't posted before I get to my IMATS post /haul. There are some makeup photos as well as beauty boxes.

New beauty test tube
New beauty test tube
Small beauty to go bag

I don't know how often I have updated regarding my beauty boxes, I do know that this is likely the last test tube I will order. I have received far too many shampoo and conditioner samples. The Moroccan body butter I have received before, and the only remotely interesting thing in this box is the mally eyeliner in navy blue. (That is not the name of the color but that is the shade) The candle is a nice touch but I don't order a beauty box for candles. Just so you know this is my second candle as well.

Ipsy bag
On the other hand I live my ipsy bag. Makeup, lashes, nail polish, and a gorgeous makeup bag every month. My only complaint is that the bags are not uniform. So leading up to delivery of my bag I will see blog post and you tube videos raving about the awesome products they received. Only to get my bag and find none of those things. The bag on the other hand is uniform as is the theme of each bag. I like this bag and at $10. a month I will keep ordering this one.

These are all random pictures That I have no idea when they were taken.

 Super late black friday haul

So on black Friday I went to ulta and got a few things nothing outstanding except these chocolate collection products from NYX The skinny eyeliner is great for eyebrows, and the brown powder is good too if you have dark brows.

Cyber monday

Cyber Monday sale
Free gift

Two lipsticks
So I liked the chocolate collection powder and liner so I ordered back ups on Cyber Monday, as well as two lipsticks. I love NYX lipsticks.

Hauling again

Haullliiinnnggg!!!
So what can I say I was shopping my behind off. I treated myself, I treated myself to some things I have watched but had not had the nerve to splurge on. So I will walk you through my purchases now.

So I have been wanting these illamasqua palettes but they are not cheap. $46. each So I decide I deserved a treat and that included the paranormal palette and the neutral palette. I have used the paranormal palette, the eye shadow is very soft. It feels like a cream eye shadow, but it is really actually a powder. I like it but I need to try the neutral palette and play with the other one more.

I also bought this pantone palette from sephora it is really good quality. I used the taupe color this palette is very pigmented the colors are smooth. This palette is a steal at $38. This palette is fun and I like working with it.

Below is the back of the package with the name of each color.

The last thing on my sephora haul was this awesome metallic lip tar in black daliah. I love the lip tars, my only concern is that they don't travel well. I have had one bust in my bag. Yet I love black daliah and I am excited to try this metallic version.

I purchased these physicians formula eye shadows at ross. They are nice and smooth. I tried to use the green shade but it was not very pigmented. The purple shades are better. I have not tried the blue shades yet but I hope to soon.

On the left is a fit me powder, from target. $6 I believe. The powder on the right is a bare minerals powder for $30 something dollars. I have used the fit me powder before until it was all gone I love it, product and value. This will be my first time trying the bare minerals powder.

I got this fit me foundation from target, the last time I purchased the liquid it was in the shade 350. I hope that they reformulated the shades, as I did not see 350.

I also purchased this mascara at target, Great lash is awesome need I say anything more? Also this brush really helps to.

I have purchased parian spirit at the Imats the last two years. But this year the imats was moved to January so I haven't been back yet to purchase my regular supply. So I ordered this huge jug online. Awesome. I'm also trying this brush cleaner from Ben Nye. I will post my feelings about it later.

Hope you enjoyed my post
Thanks for sticking with me during my hiatus

NEON.... What else can I say

I purchased some myo pigments on eBay, a few months ago and they were awesome. Then I noticed they also had neon shades and while I don't wear neons often. When you want one its good to have them. Let me tell you these shades do not disappoint. There are allot of pictures of this look because I really like how vibrant it was.
They were also very bendable it looks like I put four colors on the lid then the blue, but it was three in the lid then the blue. These colors blended together so well they created a different color.

These pigments were reasonably priced, I paid $14. for 10 colors and I am happy I gave them a try. Looking on eBay today the set is $20. But a little goes a long way and I may still want to try other colors they have.
If any one is interested in checking them out here is the link:

In other makeup news I subscribed to two beauty boxes, ipsy, and test tube. So I should be getting new products on a more regular basis to review, or warn you about. I have been wanting to subscribe to a beauty box but I was nervous. But I have a friend who gets ipsy, and my aunt gets test tube so I'll try it out. They all seem to be easy to cancel if you change your mind. So ill keep you posted.
That's all for today

So i've been hauling

So as I mentioned before I have been shopping like crazy (mostly makeup) and felt like it was time for a break. Mostly I study things I want to buy watch videos, look at swatches, and make decisions. But lately I felt myself compelled to buy limited edition products quickly before they were sold out. Not really thinking my purchases through, or consulting my collection, I kept ending up with products I did not really want or need.
So I decided to start the new year off fresh. Three month freeze on all makeup purchases. There were things I ordered on black Friday that have been trickling in all of December, and that has helped but overall it has not been very hard to resist. I am seeing the bottom of a few things in my collection and I have not been to Walgreen's, or rite aid in fear of seeing something I just had to have.

In the mean time here are some things I did purchase before considering I needed a break. These pictures are a few months old but I like to try products at least once or twice before I tell about them.

The Haul

This was a 500 point gift from sephora

This was a sample pack at sephora for the holidays
$19.
This was part of the mac 2012 holiday collection

OCC Lip Tar

Occ lip tar in hoochie, and black Dahlia sorry some how the swatches for this got erased if your interested in seeing them let me know an I'll include them in the next post

MAC Marylin Monroe collection

Lipglass
I totally got this one for the packaging

Eyeshadow
This is the swatch for showgirl, a silver, with a blue tint, it looks nice and would be better with a primer

Silver screen did not show up very well it was very frosty, and I would need primer, and allot of building. I did not swatch this one because I could not get a good picture of it.

Glamour Daze

Mac white paint stick and two glamour daze extra dimension eyeshadow

These were my biggest regrets from my haul. I thought the colors were more of a copper and black when I ordered them when I got them the just looked bland. Maybe I could build them with primer. But these were not the shadows I wanted to order.

Hello kitty eyeliner
$29.

MAC Divine Desire / Paramour Pink

This palette was $70. I really like the colors in this palette they showed up really well. The first one is a blush, the second one is a lip gloss with a pretty color. The third one one was the lipstick. The last one was the eyeliner.

There was really nothing to swatch in this palette the lip primer was the real reason I bought this set and it alone was worth it. These "sample" sets are great ways to try new products without committing to a full sized product that you are not totally sure about. I also really liked the lip gloss. I'm already a fan of the shadow insurance, and this mini one is great for travel. Basically for $19. this set is a steal.

Free 500 point gift from sephora

Eyeliner and shadow swatches w/o primer. They both have very nice color and are soft.

This is just the first half of my haul. I may post pictures of mire products later.
Hope you enjoyed
